Der Maschinenethiker Oliver Bendel, Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft FHNW, sch\u00e4tzt moralische Maschinen, konzipiert sie auch selbst, ist aber der Meinung, dass sie bestimmte Entscheidungen nicht \u00fcbernehmen sollten, etwa \u00fcber Leben und Tod von Menschen im Stra\u00dfenverkehr. Patrick Lin, Philosoph an der California Polytechnic State University, ist der Ansicht, &#8222;dass autonome Fahrzeuge bei einem unvermeidlichen Zusammensto\u00df in der Lage sein sollten, die Kollision zu optimieren, also so zu reagieren, dass der Schaden m\u00f6glichst gering ausf\u00e4llt&#8220;. Er bezieht Menschen ausdr\u00fccklich mit ein; die Maschine wird also dar\u00fcber urteilen, wer \u00fcberleben darf und wer sterben muss. Der Jurist Eric Hilgendorf bef\u00fcrchtet grunds\u00e4tzlich, &#8222;dass autonome Fahrzeuge das deutsche Rechtsverst\u00e4ndnis unter Druck setzen k\u00f6nnten, da es schwieriger zu programmieren sei als das angels\u00e4chsische&#8220;. Sowohl Lin als auch Bendel pl\u00e4dieren f\u00fcr eine breite gesellschaftliche Diskussion. Der Beitrag ist am 28.
