Hinter dem Tresen sind Cobots, die <a href=\"https:\/\/wirtschaftslexikon.gabler.de\/definition\/kaffee-121135\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaffee<\/a> zubereiten (Kaffeeroboter oder robotische Baristas) und Cocktails mixen. Im Raum sind Transport- und Bedienroboter wie BellaBot unterwegs. BellaBot hat ein Display, auf dem ein Katzengesicht zu sehen ist. Adrian Lobe hat Prof. Dr. Oliver Bendel f\u00fcr die TAZ interviewt. Er wollte u.a. wissen, ob solche Modelle, die weibliche Attribute aufnehmen, Stereotype bef\u00f6rdern. Der Informations- und Maschinenethiker hat nichts dagegen, dass soziale Roboter ein Geschlecht vorgeben und z.B. eine weibliche oder m\u00e4nnliche Stimme haben. Dies bringt in vielen Menschen etwas zum Klingen. Eine neutrale Stimme leistet dies nicht unbedingt. Zugleich ist es seiner Ansicht nach nicht notwendig, in allen Zusammenh\u00e4ngen weitreichende humanoide oder animaloide Erscheinungsformen zu w\u00e4hlen. Ein Serviceroboter \u2013 z.B. ein Transportroboter im Hotel oder im Krankenhaus \u2013 sollte oft einfach nur ein Werkzeug sein. Dabei kann es allerdings sinnvoll sein, das eine oder andere soziale Merkmal einzubauen, etwa animierte Augen. Mit diesen stellt der Serviceroboter eine gewisse Verbindung mit dem Benutzer her, der dann u.a. hilfsbereit bzw. nachsichtig wird. Der Artikel ist am 9.
