Jahrhundertelang hat es an vergn\u00fcglichen M\u00f6glichkeiten gemangelt, die Sprache zu erlernen und anzuwenden. Allenfalls Asterix-Comics brachten etwas Abwechslung ins von Caesar und Co. beherrschte Gebiet. Prof. Dr. Oliver Bendel hat an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft FHNW einen Chatbot in Auftrag gegeben, der sich auf Lateinisch unterhalten kann, und ihm den Namen @ve gegeben. Karim N&#8217;diaye bereitet seit September 2022 die Umsetzung vor, die dann ab Mitte November 2022 &#8211; nach der Zwischenpr\u00e4sentation &#8211; erfolgt. Prof. Dr. Bradley Richards betreut das Projekt in technischer Hinsicht. Nach einer Evaluation hat sich gezeigt, dass sich Quickchat (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quickchat.ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.quickchat.ai<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.quickchat.ai%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7Coliver.bendel%40fhnw.ch%7C406977facff24c716ca608dac336b07e%7C9d1a5fc8321e4101ae63530730711ac2%7C0%7C0%7C638036936888997795%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=xDDk5siQKc5L%2FYZYcGi4a7T0Uq7upSCwT9YZy5l0WKc%3D&amp;reserved=0\">)<\/a> als Plattform eignet. Damit basiert der Chatbot auf GPT-3. Durch eine h\u00e4ndisch erstellte Wissensbasis kann er noch spezifischer f\u00fcr Latein trainiert werden und auch pr\u00e4zisere Antworten zu grammatikalischen Fragen liefern. Au\u00dferdem ist Zweisprachigkeit, also Deutsch und Lateinisch, m\u00f6glich. Bis Ende des Jahres soll @ve als Prototyp vorliegen.
