Der Technikphilosoph und Wirtschaftsinformatiker f\u00fchrte aus, dass H\u00f6flichkeit bei Chatbots, die auf LLMs basieren, zu besseren Antworten f\u00fchren kann, ebenso wie die Behauptung, dass man das Ergebnis f\u00fcr eine gute Sache oder wissenschaftliche Zwecke ben\u00f6tigt. Es sei effektiv, zu Chatbots und Sprachassistenten &#8222;danke&#8220; und &#8222;bitte&#8220; zu sagen. Zudem wies er darauf hin, dass wir bestimmte Routinen und Konventionen in Gespr\u00e4chen haben. Es sei durchaus sinnvoll, diese auch dann beizubehalten, wenn es sich um k\u00fcnstliche Gespr\u00e4chspartner handele. Es sei effizient und konsistent, zu Chatbots und Sprachassistenten &#8222;danke&#8220; oder &#8222;bitte&#8220; zu sagen. Ich muss, so Oliver Bendel, nicht hin und her wechseln, ich kann das Gespr\u00e4ch wie mit einem Menschen f\u00fchren. Man tauschte sich noch zu weiteren Aspekten der H\u00f6flichkeit gegen\u00fcber Chatbots aus. Einzelne Aussagen sind in den Artikel &#8222;Warum man unbedingt nett zu Chatbots sein sollte&#8220; eingeflossen, der am 8.
